Prep decides whether your floor lasts
Nearly every peeling garage floor traces back to prep, not product. Every kit comes with guides for each stage.

Prep the concrete
Clean, degrease, and fill cracks, then grind the surface so the epoxy has something to grab. Grinding is the step DIYers skip and regret. We rent concrete grinders and dustless vacuums right here in Corona.

Mix and apply the base coat
Mix the two parts fully, cut in the edges with a brush, then roll the field in even sections so you never work into a coat that's already setting.

Broadcast and seal
For flake floors, broadcast flakes into the wet base until it's fully covered, scrape off the loose flakes once it cures, and roll on the clear topcoat that locks in durability and shine.

Do I really need to grind my garage floor before epoxy?
Yes, for a floor that lasts. Grinding opens up the concrete so the epoxy bonds mechanically. Cleaning or etching alone often leads to peeling, especially where hot tires sit. We rent grinders and dustless vacuums in Corona, so you can pick up your kit and your prep equipment in one trip.
Which kit should I get for a two-car garage?

How is this different from hardware-store epoxy?

How long before I can park on it?
It depends on the product and the temperature. Each product's technical data sheet lists its recoat and cure times, and we'll walk you through the schedule when you pick up your kit.
