Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the quote, the phone consultation, and the site evaluation for local jobs cost you nothing and carry no obligation. You'll get a written, itemized number and you're free to sit on it.
What drives the price of an epoxy floor?
Four things, roughly in order: how much prep the slab needs (grinding, old coating removal, crack and spall repair), the square footage, the system you choose (solid color is the entry point, flake and metallic cost more), and site conditions like moisture, access, and whether we're working around your schedule.
Can you quote from photos instead of a site visit?
We can give you a solid ballpark from good photos, dimensions, and honest answers about the slab's condition. For anything commercial — or any slab with a moisture or failed-coating history — we'll want to walk it before committing to a firm number.
How long does a typical job take?
A standard two-car garage is usually a one-to-two day install with light foot traffic the next day and vehicles back in at 48–72 hours depending on the system and the weather. Larger commercial floors get phased so you keep operating.
My existing floor is peeling. Can it be saved?
Usually, yes. Peeling almost always traces back to inadequate prep or unaddressed moisture in the original install. We grind off the failed coating, diagnose the root cause, and spec a system that accounts for it — that diagnosis is part of the estimate.
Do you sell materials or rent equipment to contractors?
Both. We stock the full Elite Crete Systems line at the Corona facility and rent commercial-grade grinders and dust-extraction vacuums by the day or week. Choose "Equipment rental only" on the form and tell us your dates.
Do you offer training?
Yes — a hands-on 2-day certification class at the Corona shop covering surface prep, moisture testing, decorative systems, and estimating. Ask about the next date when you reach out.
