01 / Contractor Tips

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect, ensuring every student is fully engaged in the hands-on process of professional floor restoration. Participants gain direct experience with industrial grinders and dust-extraction vacuums to master Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) standards, moisture testing, and durable crack repair. Complementing the manual labor, our "Lecture & Learn" sessions cover the critical business and chemistry of the trade, teaching you how to select the ideal resin system for any environment—from industrial plants to residential garages. You will also learn professional estimation techniques, accounting for substrate porosity and waste factors, and how to evaluate job sites for potential red flags to ensure every project is both high-quality and profitable.

Family-owned epoxy business: A young boy learning the trade by operating a concrete grinder during a hands-on epoxy class and training session with professional supervision.

02 / Hands-On Growth

Moving beyond the basics, we dive into the chemistry of Elite Crete Systems' high-performance formulas. You will learn the specific mixing ratios, pot life management, and application techniques for various systems—from solid color industrial epoxies to decorative metallic and flake finishes.

Professional epoxy class and training: An instructor in a green shirt gives a motivational presentation to students at an Elite Crete certification workshop in California.

03 / Community Building

When you train with us, you aren't just a student for two days—you become part of our local contractor network. We believe in building a community where professionals can share leads, troubleshoot site conditions, and support one another’s growth. Whether you need to rent a specific grinder or need a second opinion on a complex moisture issue, our Corona facility remains your home base.
